The GrindStar W4 Pro CNC machine is a versatile, computer-controlled machine that can perform a wide range of manufacturing operations with high accuracy and precision. It is designed to meet the demands of high output and precision manufacturing, making it ideal for a wide range of cutting applications. The machine can hold multiple grinding wheels, allowing tools to be completed in nearly all cases with a single setup. The A and B Axes are direct drive, ensuring highly precise rotary movements. The machine features an 11 kW direct drive spindle motor that can reach up to 10,000 rpm, with an option for a more powerful 19kW spindle. The inclusion of Numroto with 3D simulation aids in the enhanced visualization of complex tools. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an automatic tool probing arrangement and a pneumatic system for auto clamping and de-clamping of tools.
